Built on customer-centric values, we endeavour to provide a professional, 24/7 multi-language customer support to help in a timely manner.</p> <p>As of today, Bybit is one of the most trusted, reliable, and transparent cryptocurrency derivatives platforms in the space.</p></div><div data-zone-id="0" data-line-index="0" data-line="true"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div> <ul> <li class="temp-li bullet1" data-line="true" data-list="bullet1">Own the functional planning, design, and requirements management for CRM product lines (e.g., customer service back-office systems, Salesforce), covering both consumer-facing features and their corresponding management consoles.</li> </ul> <ul> <li class="temp-li bullet1" data-line="true" data-list="bullet1">Work closely with internal business teams to build and maintain CRM and business workflow systems, taking full ownership of delivery outcomes and business satisfaction.</li> </ul> <ul> <li class="temp-li bullet1" data-line="true" data-list="bullet1">Explore and implement AI capabilities within the company's CRM and other product ecosystems to drive improvements in internal operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <ul> <li class="temp-li bullet1" data-line="true" data-list="bullet1">Lead detailed product feature planning and design, including (but not limited to): gathering and clarifying business requirements, writing PRD documents, mapping out functional workflows, defining feature specifications, establishing logic rules for individual features, and conducting field-level analysis. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure clear understanding of requirements, support system architecture design, and coordinate iteration planning.</li> </ul> <div data-zone-id="0" data-line-index="5" data-line="true"><strong>Requirements:</strong></div> <ul> <li class="temp-li bullet1" data-line="true" data-list="bullet1">5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with strong communication and coordination skills.</li> </ul> <ul> <li class="temp-li bullet1" data-line="true" data-list="bullet1">Proficient in prototyping tools such as Axure and Mockplus, as well as process and mind-mapping tools such as Visio and MindManager. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality PRD documentation that clearly articulates product logic and feature details.</li> </ul> <ul> <li class="temp-li bullet1" data-line="true" data-list="bullet1">Strong project management capabilities — able to effectively coordinate cross-functional resources, manage project timelines, and drive successful delivery.
