Celestia Labs is looking for an experienced product leader to own product strategy and prioritization across Celestia's product portfolio. This role reports directly to the CEO and manages a team of 3. Responsibilities: - Own product strategy and prioritization across Celestia's product portfolio - Lead and develop the Product Team - Assess the competitive landscape through win/loss analysis - Establish user research practices and shift to outcome-based roadmaps with clear KPIs - Partner with BD and Marketing on user-specific pitches Requirements: - 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role - Proven track record of building and scaling product functions - Deep expertise in user research, market analysis, data-driven decision making - Experience establishing product roadmaps and KPIs - Crypto-native background with deep understanding of blockchain technology - Experience working with infrastructure and blockchain products The role is remote-first with team meetings between 1pm-6pm CET.
