Centrifuge is the leading infrastructure for onchain asset management and Real World Assets (RWA). This year the company announced the first tokenized S&P 500 Index Fund, brought Janus Henderson's flagship AAA CLO strategy onchain, and hit $1B in assets locked. As Marketing Lead, you will: - Own the content and marketing strategy for Centrifuge's RWA narrative across channels - Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and campaign materials for institutional and DeFi audiences - Manage social media, community communications, and ecosystem partnerships - Collaborate with product and BD teams to amplify launches and key milestones - Track and report on key marketing KPIs Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in DeFi or Web3 marketing - Strong writing skills in English - Understanding of RWA, tokenized funds, or institutional DeFi - Experience building content programs from scratch
