Are you passionate about people and eager to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team across a wide range of HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment. What you'll be doing: - Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities - Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance - Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations - Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll, tax, insurance administration - Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field - Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive - Familiar with integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Canva. - Good communication skills and a team player mindset - Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment - Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR - Able to commit to working at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months What’s in it for you: - Friendly and fun start-up work culture - Internship allowances. - Working in a professional, friendly, well-equipped environment both with foreigners and Vietnamese. - Extensive on job training, you will always have a chance to work with new emerging technologies. - Vibrant office with a well-stocked pantry - You'll be part of a collaborative, people-first culture where your contributions make an impact.
