Cumberland is DRW's digital-asset trading subsidiary, established in 2014 and now a global leader in cryptoassets, providing 24/7 access to a wide array of digital assets from offices in Chicago, London and Singapore. As an OTC Developer, you will: - Design and develop the full stack of software for global crypto trading operations, including trading systems, exchange connectivity solutions, monitoring systems, and integration tools - Build and support a multi-language, functionally diverse technology stack enabling Cumberland to trade across exchanges and regions - Work directly with Traders and Quantitative Researchers to understand business requirements and deliver solutions - Contribute to core infrastructure services and cross-team integrations Requirements: - Strong software engineering skills in Java, C++, or Python - Experience with trading systems, exchange connectivity, or financial engineering - Ability to independently drive projects to completion - Interest in crypto/digital asset markets - Portfolio or GitHub showcasing relevant projects preferred
