Eight Forces was founded by web2 growth experts and crypto OGs, with over 150 campaigns led by the core team in the last 7 years. We are looking for a Web3 Growth Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement growth strategies that appeal to a wide range of audiences within the crypto space - Craft and execute robust growth strategies tailored to the web3 market - Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, opportunities, and challenges in web3 - Manage KOL campaigns, airdrop programs, and ecosystem growth initiatives - Execute GTM strategy for clients across blockchain/crypto sectors Requirements: - Familiarity with the latest web3 technologies, community engagement strategies, and digital marketing tools - Experience working with diverse teams and managing multifaceted projects - Understanding of DeFi, NFT, and broader crypto ecosystem - Experience with KOL coordination and airdrop campaign management Location: Remote (Worldwide) Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits
