Our mandate is to bridge traditional finance with the innovation of cryptocurrency — providing our clients with a best-in-class financial institution experience. The team operates globally, managing customer cash flows, liquidity, and the continued build-out of Gemini's treasury infrastructure.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Role:</strong> <strong>Lead, Liquidity and Funding</strong></span></p> <p>This role will lead enterprise funding, liquidity management, regulatory capital, and balance sheet strategy, along with owning liquidity forecasting, funding facilities, executive liquidity reporting, and strategic treasury planning.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Enterprise Liquidity Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own daily, weekly, monthly and stress-case liquidity forecasting.</li> <li>Monitor enterprise liquidity across legal entities, currencies and products.</li> <li>Identify funding gaps and optimize corporate liquidity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Funding Strategy &amp; Facilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead execution and management of warehouse facilities and strategic funding arrangements.</li> <li>Coordinate collateral management and refinancing activities.</li> <li>Support long-term funding strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Regulatory Capital &amp; Balance Sheet</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own Gemini's regulatory capital and liquidity framework.</li> <li>Develop executive reporting on liquidity, capital and funding metrics.</li> <li>Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance and Legal on capital planning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Treasury Projects</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead liquidity forecasting platform implementation.</li> <li>Own regulatory capital framework development.</li> <li>Drive treasury analytics, dashboarding and balance sheet initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of corporate treasury, banking, capital markets or FP&amp;A experience.</li> <li>Experience developing enterprise liquidity forecasts.</li> <li>Experience with funding facilities or structured financing.</li> <li>Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fintech or digital asset experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of regulatory liquidity frameworks.</li> <li>CTP, CFA or equivalent.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">It Pays to Work Here</strong></div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">The compensation &amp; benefits package for this role includes:</div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Competitive starting pay</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" da
