These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.</p> <p>OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.</p> </div> </div> <p> </p> <h2 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-doxushHxPgvpIV0pJrijghkWDWe"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing </strong></h2> <ul> <li>Build and lead a new Global Treasury Services (GTS) team within the Group Treasury function, establishing a scalable and robust global operations backbone.</li> <li>Act as an additional global payment approver in accordance with established payment control processes.</li> <li>Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure operational continuity and resilience, providing coverage during holiday periods, staff turnover, or emergency situations.</li> <li>Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of banking documentation, support periodic bank reviews, and manage the annual bank audit confirmation process.</li> <li>Oversee Group Treasury documentation globally, ensuring standardization, completeness, and audit readiness across regions.</li> <li>Own global e-banking administration, ensuring timely updates and regular review in line with established bank account management policies.</li> </ul> <h2 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-doxusWnZPeJsdMU53QGew90VQeh"><strong>What We Look For In You </strong></h2> <ul> <li>10–15 years of relevant experience in treasury and/or finance, with strong focus on treasury operations, controls, and global cash management within a multinational environment.</li> <li>Proven experience in building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions, with strong understanding of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation processes.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and experience in process standardization and operational risk management.</li> <li>Technology-savvy, with hands-on experience using treasury management systems (TMS) and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and control.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capability, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-region environment.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
