SynFutures is hiring a Korea Growth Lead to spearhead user acquisition, community growth, and ecosystem partnerships in the Korean market. Responsibilities: - Lead all Korea-focused growth initiatives including community management, KOL partnerships, and event coordination - Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to grow SynFutures' user base in Korea - Manage Korean-language social media channels and engage with the local crypto community - Identify and negotiate partnerships with Korean KOLs, influencers, and ecosystem players - Report on Korea market performance and adjust strategies based on data Requirements: - Native or fluent Korean speaker - 3+ years of growth or community experience in DeFi/crypto - Strong understanding of Korean crypto culture and market dynamics - Track record of growing DeFi protocol communities
